Connect a wallet and sign one free message. The signature proves the wallet holds $SCOPED; nothing is transferred and no fee is paid. Holder features stay unlocked while the balance stays in the wallet.
When Recon launches, 20% of paid revenue will be queued to buy and burn $SCOPED. Paying never changes a score: scoring is firewalled from payments and branding by policy and CI.
