The Scoped rug check skill gates your trading agent. Every buy runs through the Scoped detector first: mint/freeze authority, snipers, Jito bundles, and cabal funders. No API key. If a scan fails, it blocks by default, so your agent never trades on a bad check.

Exit codes let a bot branch without parsing output: 0 PASS, 10 CAUTION, 20 BLOCK, 1 error (fail closed). Set RICO_API_KEY to upgrade to the deeper holder + funder scan.
